1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "gb555" refers to the gb555 online gaming platform operated at gb555.im, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "Platform" means the website, progressive web application, and any software provided by gb555 to facilitate gaming and betting services.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on or uses the gb555 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered gb555 user account created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User and held in the User's gb555 wallet, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposits credited to a User's account pursuant to a gb555 promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it — or winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable licensing regulations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the gb555 Platform is prohibited under applicable law or the terms of gb555's gaming licence.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gb555 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with:

• The gb555 Privacy Policy;
• The gb555 Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Any specific promotion, bonus, or game rules as published on the Platform at the relevant time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gb555. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an Account on gb555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gb555 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are registering as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of arbitrage, professional betting syndicate operations, or money laundering.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in Section 1.
• You do not hold an existing gb555 Account. Only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously had a gb555 Account closed by gb555 due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from gb555 or any related gaming platform.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. gb555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gb555 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password that is not used on any other platform or service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional layer of security;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Notify gb555 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Not access your gb555 Account from shared, public, or untrusted devices without taking appropriate security precautions.

gb555 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access prior to such activity occurring.

gb555 reserves the right to suspend any Account that displays unusual access patterns, multiple simultaneous logins from different geographic locations, or other indicators of potential compromise or fraud, pending verification.

5 Deposits & Payments

gb555 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank transfers. Additional methods may be added or removed at gb555's discretion with reasonable notice to Users.

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• There is no deposit fee charged by gb555. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which gb555 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your gb555 Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly in standard conditions.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• gb555 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion and to return funds to the originating payment method where required by its licensing obligations or AML procedures.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you must complete gb555's KYC identity verification. This requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposits wherever technically possible. If the original deposit method is unavailable, gb555 will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method.
• Verified withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours under standard conditions. Delays beyond this window are communicated to the User via support channels.
• gb555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals above certain threshold amounts, as required under applicable AML regulations.
• Only Real Money Balance funds are withdrawable. Bonus Balance funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

gb555 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to the User's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion terms. The default wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified, is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus Balance and any accumulated winnings are forfeited if the requirement is not met before expiry.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — including through new Account registrations — constitute bonus abuse.
• gb555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change bonus terms, or remove bonus credits from an Account at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of software errors, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another User.
• gb555 reserves the right to impose maximum win caps on bonus-derived winnings, as stated in individual promotion terms. Where a win cap applies, any winnings above that threshold generated from Bonus Balance are forfeited.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on gb555 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A bet is confirmed and binding upon the User's explicit acceptance of the displayed odds and the receipt of a bet confirmation reference from gb555.
• gb555 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear designed to exploit pricing errors or gaps in odds coverage.
• In the event of a clear and obvious error in the published odds — including but not limited to decimal formatting errors, transposed figures, or grossly mispriced markets — gb555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Real Money Balances.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant market at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding stated maximums are capped at the published limit.
• gb555 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any betting market. Technical disruptions, data feed failures, or regulatory requirements may result in market suspensions at any time.

9 Casino Rules

The gb555 casino, including live dealer games and slot titles, operates under the following rules:

• All casino games on gb555 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate as of the date of their certification.
• Malfunction of any casino game voids all plays and pays for the affected round. Malfunctions include but are not limited to software errors, disconnections during a game round, and data transmission failures.
• In live dealer games, the decision of the dealer and the outcome captured by the studio's system is final. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with support within 24 hours of the relevant game round.
• Progressive jackpot games on gb555 accumulate contributions from real-money wagering only. Bonus Balance wagers do not contribute to jackpot accumulation unless otherwise stated.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gb555 and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account for the same individual;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using gb555 as a vehicle for money laundering;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any casino game or bet;
• Exploiting software errors, interface bugs, or pricing inconsistencies to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using gb555 funds and bonuses in combination with external platforms for the purpose of guaranteed profit extraction;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gb555 staff or other users.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the gb555 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, user interface design, and the gb555 brand — is the property of gb555 or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gb555 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform using automated means;
• Use any gb555 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb555's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gb555 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from use of the Platform;
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or data transmission errors beyond gb555's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from a User's failure to maintain account security;
• Any decisions made by a User in reliance on odds, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms limits gb555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

gb555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By using the gb555 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gb555 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account management, authentication, and identity verification;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and related financial transactions;
• Compliance with AML, KYC, and licensing regulatory obligations;
• Providing customer support;
• Delivering promotional communications where you have consented to receive them;
• Fraud prevention and platform security.

14 Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the gb555 Platform. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the expiry date. For permanent exclusions, reinstatement is only considered after a minimum of 12 months and following a formal review process.

15 Termination

gb555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Suspected prohibited conduct as described in Section 10;
• Regulatory requirements under gb555's gaming licence;
• User request for account closure.

Upon termination for cause, gb555 may withhold and forfeit any remaining balance in the Account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., voluntary closure by the User), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A User whose Account has been closed for breach of these Terms may not re-register on the Platform without explicit written consent from gb555's compliance team.

16 Amendments

gb555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gb555 will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document;
• Notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account where practicable;
• Display a notice on the Platform for a reasonable period following the amendment.

Your continued use of the gb555 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change and withdraw your remaining balance.

17 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the gb555 Platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gb555 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and gb555:

• You must first contact gb555 support and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for the matter to be resolved internally;
• If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated under gb555's gaming licence;
• Both parties agree to engage in good faith in any such resolution process before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

For Users in Pakistan, these Terms do not affect any statutory consumer rights you may hold under applicable Pakistani law to the extent those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
